1950s Eyelet Lace Dress

Vintage wedding dress from the 1950s.
The dress is made from a lovely cotton eyelet fabric.
The extra full skirt has great movement and features a beautiful eyelet pattern. The top of the dress has a ruffle along the neckline then nips in tightly at the waist. There is a zipper on the side.

When checking date styles for the talon metal zippers, this style dates to the 1930s. It is possible that this zipper was recycled from an older garment or the dress itself might be older than I expect.

This dress is in good condition and completely wearable. There is a small hole on the back side of the dress in the skirt, there is a pinhole and speck on the bust. Please note all items are vintage and might have minor signs of wear due to its age.
