Vintage maxi dress from the late 90s made from a stretchy black velvet. There is a sweetheart neckline with mesh and sequin detailing. Hidden zipper down the back. This dress is in good vintage condition with the only flaw to note is some loose sequins on the neckline, priced accordingly.
